1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mynt application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mynt ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Mynt is a mobile application that allows users to create, share, and discover recommendations for various products, services, experiences, and content. The App enables users to rate, review, and organize their recommendations while connecting with other users who share similar interests.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"), including but not limited to recommendations, reviews, ratings, photos, and comments. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Distribution of spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Using the App for any illegal purposes
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
• Manipulating ratings or reviews for commercial gain

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content and cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of User Content. Users are encouraged to report inappropriate content through the App's reporting features.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mynt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions and limitation of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law
